Get involved as an IZTB patron or by volunteering near and far. The water supply lines in Valais (Suonen and Bisses) in particular, as well as the paths that run alongside them, require a lot of maintenance work. Could you imagine doing occasional voluntary work in this context?

Patronage
The International Centre for Traditional Irrigation in Europe Foundation was established on 31 August 2022. The IZTB is an international coordination and documentation centre in the fields of preservation of cultural heritage, knowledge transfer, training and research and relies to a large extent on donations from private individuals and institutions.
